Located in Ruskin, The Villages at Cypress Creek is has easy access to I-75, which is literally one minute from the entrance to the community. The Villages is 35 minutes Tampa International Airport, St. Petersburg and the Brandenton/Sarasota area.

The Villages boasts two golf courses and 640 acres of nature preserve. The community is projected to be built out in about the year 2012 and will contain about 1,400 homes at that time.

Homes range in price from the $140s to $400s, and in size from 1,570 to more than 3,000 square feet.

Three schools currently serve the community -- Cypress Creek Elementary is within the community and located nearby are Eisenhower Middle and East Bay High. Construction of another middle school and a libary is planned. The library will be the second largest branch in Hillsborough County.
